Step 1  Online Registration

Register in the online admission system of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.


Step 2  Upload Documents

Upload a scanned copy of following documents (PDF format) through the online admission system :

  • Degree Certificate (English Translated)

  • Academic Transcript (English Translated)

  • Photo (jpeg format)

  • Passport

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Health Certificate

  • English Proficiency Score Report (directly sent by the test center)
   The applicants must also ensure that the scores will reach the university within the application deadline.

  • Letter of Work Experience

  • Vaccine Certificate (later)
  • Step 3  Application Fee Payment

    All applicants are required to pay the non-refundable application fee of 500.00 THB.

    Step 4  Consideration and selection method

    Step 5  Admission Result

              After the consideration is complete, applicants will be informed the result via email. The acceptance letter along with relevant documents will be issued for successful applicants so that he/she can proceed to enrollment at the university.

    Step 6  Verification of Academic Records

              To secure the admission standards, successful applicants must complete the verification of academic records procedure before the semester starting date (or as assigned by the Faculty of Graduate Studies), otherwise his/her admission status may be considered of termination.

    • Verification of Graduation (Required for all)
    • All successful applicants must request his/her previous university to directly send an authentic academic records to Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol university.

    • Equivalent Qualification (Optional)
    • Successful Applicants who graduated from some academic institutes outside Thailand may be asked to additionally submit a request for Equivalent Qualification to “The Office of the Bureau of Higher Education Standard and Quality, Thailand.”

        Since the entire process may take time (up to 90 days or greater), successful applicants are highly advised to early start the procedure as soon as possible.

              Applicants are required to make enrolment as a student before making registration to take a course. Please visit the following link



              Student enrolment to the University will not be completed until the payment for enrolment is made. The enrolment fee (check-in fee) is 3,000 THB.
