On Thursday, 9 April 2026, Siriraj Health science Education Excellence Center, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, organized the “Basic wound care and dressing for Standardized Patients” workshop.
We were honored to have Acting 2nd Lt. Wareerat Theerawatthanased, RN; Sasipha Maliwan, RN; and Chosikawan Maneechot,RN, Registered Nurses from the Department of Nursing, Siriraj Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, as the keynote speakers.
The objectives of the workshop were to provide hands-on training in creating commonly encountered wounds used in medical school examinations and to apply readily available materials for simulating such wounds.
The workshop took place on the 12th Floor of the Siriraj Medical Research Center (SiMR), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.
