On August 25, 2026, the Siriraj Health science Education Excellence center (SHEE) held its annual seminar to review the organization’s strategic direction, analyze its current situation, and collaboratively develop strategic and operational plans for the next 1–2 years.
The seminar aimed to encourage each team to jointly analyze the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT Analysis), and then use the findings to develop strategic approaches and key Flagship Projects aligned with SHEE’s missions.
Participants were divided into four main teams: the Curriculum Team, Training Management Team, Educational Research and Academic Team, and Technology and Information Team. Each team presented its ideas, proposed projects, and Outcome KPIs to ensure that progress could be systematically monitored and success could be evaluated through tangible results.
Key priorities identified during the seminar included the development of new products and services, the establishment of a Research Community and collaborative networks, the development of a Digital Learning Platform, and the integration of AI and technology to enhance work efficiency.
The seminar also emphasized several key principles that guide the way SHEE works:
“Why are we doing this?”
Every project should clearly answer why it is being undertaken and what value it creates for learners, educators, the Faculty, and society.
“Think Outside the Box”
Be willing to think differently and design new ways of working rather than being limited by traditional approaches.
“Create Synergy”
Bring together the strengths of each team and foster collaboration both within and beyond the organization.
This seminar was therefore more than an annual planning session. It marked the beginning of a shift from “task-oriented work” toward “outcome- and impact-driven work,” enabling SHEE to continuously develop and maintain its leadership in health science education.
From Strategy → Action → Outcome
Together, we turn “plans” into “results” and drive SHEE’s growth forward.
