เกณฑ์ผู้มีสิทธิเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

ผู้ส่งผลงานสามารถเลือกส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อประกวดชิงรางวัล หรือเพื่อจัดแสดงภายในงาน
นักศึกษา หรือผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพทุกสาขา ระดับการศึกษาตั้งแต่อุดมศึกษา (ปริญญาตรี) เป็นต้นไป มีสิทธิส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถส่งผลงานได้มากกว่า 1 ผลงานต่อผู้เข้าร่วม 1 รายชื่อ
ผลงานของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ
ผลงานของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องเป็นวิจัยที่มีผลสำเร็จแล้ว และยังไม่รับการตีพิมพ์หรือเผยแพร่บนวารสาร สัมมนา หรือการประชุมที่ใดมาก่อน
ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องส่งผลงานเข้าสู่ระบบส่งผลงานวิจัยบนเว็บไซต์งานประชุมฯ ภายในวันศุกร์ที่ 30 เมษายน 2569
ผลงานของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะถูกประเมินในขั้นต้นโดยคณะกรรมการ และจะได้รับการอนุมัติให้จัดแสดงและ/หรือประกวดชิงรางวัลตามมติรับรองของคณะกรรมการตัดสิน โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบผลการประเมินขั้นต้นในวันศุกร์ที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2569
คำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
คณะกรรมการตัดสินไม่สามารถส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดชิงรางวัล แต่สามารถส่งผลงานเพื่อจัดแสดงได้

1 ม.ค. – 14 พ.ค. 2569	คณะกรรมการตัดสินคัดกรองและประเมินผลงานในขั้นต้น
15 พ.ค. 2569	ประกาศผลการพิจารณาผลงานวิจัยเพื่อประกวด/จัดแสดงในงานประชุมฯ
15 – 26 พ.ค. 2569	ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ผ่านการพิจารณาลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงาน ชำระค่าลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงาน และส่งไฟล์ผลงานวิจัยรูปแบบโปสเตอร์ผ่านระบบส่งผลงานบนเว็บไซต์งานประชุมฯ
14 มิ.ย. 2569	วันสุดท้ายสำหรับแจ้งเปลี่ยนตัวผู้นำเสนอผลงาน (ในกรณีที่ผู้นำเสนอที่ถูกกำหนดไว้ตั้งแต่ต้นไม่สามารถมาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้)
21 มิ.ย. 2569	วันจัดกิจกรรมนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยรูปแบบโปสเตอร์ - 08:30 – 16:00 น. ผู้ส่งผลงานทุกประเภท (ประกวด/จัดแสดง) นำผลงานมาจัดแสดงที่อาคารศรีสวรินทรา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล - 10:30 – 12:00 น. ผู้ส่งผลงานประเภทประกวดนำเสนอผลงาน (นำเสนอ 5 นาที ถาม/ตอบข้อสงสัย 5 นาทีต่อ 1 ผลงาน) คณะกรรมการตัดสินผล

ระเบียบในการส่งผลงานและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

1. ผลงานของผู้เข้าร่วมจะต้องมีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมหัวข้อบทคัดย่องานวิจัย ดังนี้
  - ชื่อผลงาน (Title)
  - บทคัดย่อ (Abstract) – ส่งเฉพาะในรอบแรกเพื่อเข้ารับการประเมินขั้นต้น (1 ม.ค. – 30 เม.ย. 2569)
  - ที่มาและความสำคัญ (Background)
  - สรุปการดำเนินงานและผลการวิจัย (Summary of Work and Results)
  - บทอภิปรายและสรุป (Discussion and Conclusion)
  - รายชื่อผู้จัดทำ (Authors Affiliations)
  - บทชี้แจงผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน (Conflicts of Interest Declaration)
2. ผลงานจะต้องเป็นโปสเตอร์ขนาดไม่เล็กเกิน 59 (ด้านกว้าง) x 92 (ด้านยาว) เซนติเมตร และไม่ใหญ่เกิน 62.5 (ด้านกว้าง) x 99.5 (ด้านยาว) เซนติเมตร
3. ผลงานจะต้องมีรายชื่อผู้จัดทำระบุไม่เกิน 6 รายชื่อบนโปสเตอร์ ให้แทนชื่อผู้จัดทำรายที่ 7 เป็นต้นไปด้วย “และคณะ (et al.)” โดยผู้จัดทำทุกคนจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีส่วนร่วมดำเนินการวิจัยและจัดทำโปสเตอร์ผลงานโดยตรงเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ ไม่ให้ระบุคำนำหน้าหรือคำระบุคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษา (เช่น นาย นางสาว นายแพทย์ ดร. ฯลฯ) ของผู้จัดทำ และสามารถระบุสถาบันต้นสังกัดไม่เกิน 2 แห่งต่อผู้จัดทำหนึ่งรายชื่อ
4. ผู้จัดทำสามารถใช้เครื่องมือ generative artificial intelligence (AI) เพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดทางไวยากรณ์ หรือขัดเกลาสำนวนภาษาเพื่อให้ผลงานมีความสละสลวยขึ้นเท่านั้น โดยผู้จัดทำจะต้องระบุวัตถุประสงค์และส่วนของผลงานที่ใช้เครื่องมือดังกล่าวบนโปสเตอร์ให้ชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ ยังไม่อนุญาตให้ระบุ generative artificial intelligence ให้เป็นหนึ่งในผู้จัดทำผลงาน
5. ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าร่วมแก้ไขผลงานหลังส่งไฟล์รูปแบบโปสเตอร์แล้ว (กำหนดส่งภายในวันอังคารที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2569)
6. จำกัดจำนวนผู้นำเสนอไม่เกิน 2 คนต่อหนึ่งผลงาน
7. ในกรณีที่ผู้นำเสนอที่กำหนดไว้ไม่สามารถมาร่วมงานได้ ให้แจ้งเปลี่ยนผู้นำเสนอกับคณะผู้จัดงานภายในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 14 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 (1 สัปดาห์ก่อนวันจัดแสดงงาน)

เกณฑ์การคัดเลือกและตัดสินผลงาน

ผู้ส่งผลงาน คณะผู้จัดทำ และผลงานถูกต้องเหมาะสมตามเกณฑ์ผู้มีสิทธิเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
ผลงานมีความครบถ้วน เหมาะสม และโดดเด่นตามเกณฑ์การประเมินในด้านต่าง ๆ เช่น
- เนื้อหาผลงานครอบคลุมหัวข้อที่กำหนด เรียบเรียงข้อมูลได้เป็นลำดับ เข้าใจง่าย อยู่บนหลักการของเหตุและผล มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาการศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ
- ผู้นำเสนอผลงานมีทักษะการนำเสนอที่โดดเด่น ทั้งในด้านของความเข้าใจในผลงานของตนเองอย่างลึกซึ้ง ความสามารถในการเรียบเรียงและถ่ายทอดเนื้อหา และบุคลิกภาพในการนำเสนอ
- ตัวผลงานวิจัยรูปแบบโปสเตอร์มีความสวยงาม แสดงให้เห็นทักษะของเจ้าของผลงานในการเลือกใช้แบบอักษร การจัดวางและตรวจทานเนื้อหา การใช้สี แผนภาพ ตาราง แผนภูมิ หรือช่องว่างบนโปสเตอร์ เพื่อสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Eligibility Criteria

Participants may choose to join the poster competition, or to submit only for the exhibition.
Submissions from participants belonging to any expertise related to health sciences, at undergraduate or higher educational levels, are welcomed.
Participants can submit more than one poster per participant.
Submissions must be relevant to health science education.
Submissions must be completed research yet to be published in any journals, proceedings, seminars, or meetings.
All posters must be submitted to the online submitting system on the conference website within Thursday, 30 April 2026.
All posters will receive a preliminary evaluation upon submission, and will be approved for exhibition and/or applicable for the competition only if they receive approval from the judging committee. Preliminary evaluation results will be announced on Friday, 15 May 2026.
The judging committee’s decisions are to be considered final.
Members of the poster judging committee are not qualified to submit their posters for the competition. However, they are welcome to submit their posters for the exhibition.

15 – 26 May 2026	Applicants with accepted submission(s) register as conference participants/poster presenters, pay registration fee, and submit completed poster file(s) to the online submitting system.
14 Jun 2026	Final day to inform poster exhibition committee on poster presenter assignment changes (in cases where the originally assigned presenter cannot attend the conference).
21 Jun 2026	Health Science Education Research Poster Exhibition & Competition Day - 08:30 – 16:00 All participants submit posters for exhibition/competition at the assigned venue. - 10:30 – 12:00 Competition posters presentation (5 mins presentation and 5 mins Q&A session for each poster) and final evaluation.

Submission Guidelines

1. All submissions must include the following sections:
2. All submitted posters must not be smaller than 59 cm (wide) x 92cm (long), and not larger than 62.5 cm (wide) x 99.5 cm (long).
3. All submissions must include only up to six authors on the poster, or follow the et al. format for author teams of seven or more people. All authors must be direct contributors to the submission. Up to two affiliations may be listed for each author, and titles e.g. Mr., Mrs., Dr., M.D., Ph.D. must not be included.
4. Generative artificial intelligence (AI) can only be used to correct grammar and improve the readability of the submission. However, authors must declare its usage within the poster, and cannot list generative AI as a co-author.
5. Editing or modifying the poster after being submitted (within Tuesday, 26 May 2026) is strictly prohibited.
6. The numbers of presenters for each submission must not be more than two people.
7. In cases where the originally appointed presenter(s) cannot attend the poster exhibition, the authors team must assign new representatives. The exhibition committee must be informed of this change no later than Sunday, 14 June 2026 (one week prior to the exhibition day).

Screening and Judging Criteria

Applicants, authors, and the submission(s) must be deemed as qualified according to the eligibility criteria.
Final evaluations as excellent or outstanding will be applied to submissions with characteristics such as the following:
- Research content covers all sections according to the submission guidelines, is written in easy-to-follow sequences, based on solid logical foundations, and holds significance in advancing health science education.
- The poster presenter demonstrates proficiency, through their deep understanding of the submitted content and compelling delivery skills expressed through speeches.
- Poster appearance is visually appealing and demonstrates the applicants’ proficiency in content organization, proofreading, and design skills for efficient communication via usages of appropriate fonts, colors, diagrams, tables, and blank spaces.
