Evaluation of new teacher’s education competency GEN 3

On September 24–25, 2026, the Siriraj Health Science Education Excellence Center (SHEE), Department of Education, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, organized the workshop "Evaluation of New Teacher’s Education Competency" (Gen 3/2026). This program was designed for teaching assistants preparing to transition into medical faculty roles. The project aimed to develop and assess the educational competencies of medical educators, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills for teaching, learning management, and student evaluation across knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Furthermore, it enables them to effectively apply the insights and experiences gained to their own instructional practices. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in learning, exchanging experiences, and hands-on practice through various activities, preparing them to become high-quality medical educators with strong educational competencies.
