The Panthathat Institute organized a workshop on Medical Education for Department of Health Personnel from May 22 to 23, 2023, at TK Palace & Convention Hotel. The event was honored by Dr. Atthaphon Kaewsamut, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Department of Health, who presided over the opening ceremony.

Dr. Sompong Chai-Ophanant, Chairman of the Advisory Committee, delivered the report. Associate Professor Dr. Cherdsak Iramaneerat and Associate Professor Dr. Natthida Owattanapanit from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, graciously served as the lecturers.

The participants included Department of Health personnel from various units, including the Central Office, the Physical Activity for Health Division, the Nutrition Bureau, the Office of the Inspector General, and regional offices such as the Health Promotion Centers 1 Chiang Mai, 2 Phitsanulok, 3 Nakhon Sawan, 5 Ratchaburi, 7 Khon Kaen, and the Urban Health Development Institute. A total of 40 participants attended, aiming to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and skills of medical instructors and those responsible for training residents, to effectively and efficiently manage medical education in line with international standards.
