Instructor training
what is Instructor training?
"Learning the role of a standardized patient as an instructor is essential for developing the quality of standardized patients. This enables standardized patients to observe the behavior of medical students, provide feedback, and offer guidance to medical students appropriately. This includes clinical information as well as aspects of human dimension. Additionally, facilitation skills are used to independently lead learning activities, including briefing, debriefing, and maintaining an ethical teaching role as a standardized patient, equivalent to the professional standards of medical educators."
