MD.Chayapat Rattanakitrungruang

   First Batch Intern
   (From June 2019 - June 2021)

Working with SHEE for 2 years has provided me with new experiences that I did not have during my 6 years as an undergraduate student. I understood how the curriculum was developed, the teaching and learning management methods, the assessment and evaluation processes, and the appropriate selection of methodologies. This allowed me to comprehend the teaching and learning management processes and explain them to stakeholders, including students, instructors, and curriculum developers. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Chetdha and all the SHEE staff for providing me with the opportunity and knowledge in the field of health science education. What impressed me the most about SHEE was the chance to work with the lovely staff. Regardless of the challenges, please continue to persevere. We are one big family. Even though my time working with you has ended, I am always willing to collaborate.

MD. Punyapat Maprapho

   Second Batch Intern
   (From June 2020 - June 2022)

Becoming an intern at SHEE Center has allowed me to understand the medical curriculum from a different perspective than when I was a medical student. I've had the opportunity to learn about educational research, delve deeper into research studies, and gain insight into various educational interventions. Whether it's flipped classroom, active learning, or, most importantly, feedback, my perspectives on assessment and evaluation have almost completely changed. What used to seem daunting and competitive as a medical student has become intriguing, with new insights emerging after examinations and extensive assessments.

Importantly, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and skills related to education, attended various interesting workshops, and participated in educational activities. These include coaching and mentoring sessions, digital tools for teaching and learning, and curriculum planning. I've also organized medical education conferences and contributed to SHEE podcasts and the SHEE journal, which disseminate knowledge in health science education.

Working with the center's highly skilled and amiable staff has been a rewarding experience. Witnessing the dedication and goodwill of the faculty in the medical school to improve teaching practices and having the opportunity to help develop teachers, set patient standards, and enhance medical students' capabilities has been immensely gratifying.

MD. Kanokphol Supasirimontri

   Second Batch Intern
   (From June  2020 - June 2022)

The experience I gained from working at the SHEE Center over the past 2 years has been primarily about managing various tasks, both in my regular work at the center and in my graduate studies. It emphasized the importance of detailed and efficient work and teamwork with faculty members and colleagues. Working here has equipped me with knowledge, skills, and a positive attitude toward health science education related to medical curriculum, teaching management, and program assessment. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Cherdsak, the lecturers of the SHEE Center, the lecturers from various departments, and all the staff of the SHEE Center and the education department for the opportunity to collaborate and produce various valuable products for the Faculty of Medicine Sirirraj Hospital.

MD. Chinnaphat Chaiwattanateerakorn

   Second Batch Intern
   (From June 2020 - June 2022)

Over the past 2 years, the opportunity to work with professors and colleagues at the SHEE Center has been an invaluable experience for me. It has been a significant personal development period in gaining knowledge and various skills used in health science education. Understanding the origins, principles, and importance of education, from setting learning objectives, curriculum development, and effective teaching methods to excellent and appropriate assessment and evaluation, has been crucial. I have continuously enhanced my skills in reading and interpreting academic articles.

Additionally, I have been involved in diverse projects and activities at the center, applying the knowledge and skills gained for practical benefits. Working at the SHEE Center has been challenging and sometimes unfamiliar, whether for myself or future medical interns. I have received guidance and learning opportunities from Dr. Cherdsak and all the professors at the center.

Moreover, I have been well taken care of and supported by all the staff members. Even though my tenure at the SHEE Center has ended, I will continue to follow and admire the success of every endeavor of the center. I hope that the SHEE Center will continue to develop and grow steadily.
MD. Sarunchai Paecharoenchai

   Third Batch Intern
   (From June 2021 - June 2023
